Peasant Top

Finally... i have the courage to try peasant top pattern. I made it..yay! I'm using blue gingham fabric i bought couple years ago at a big fabric market in Jakarta. Honestly, it's not a good quality fabric, but i was too scared to use the good cotton fabric i have in my stash. My fabric stash is not as big as my yarn stash.. so i have to choose wisely for any 1st attempt project.

There's one more picture of Jessica wearing this top that i like, but her undies is showing, i took my phone cam position too low. I'll have to edit it first before i post it.

So, i made this peasant top based on some patterns i found here and here.

Bandana Twirl Skirt

I made this skirt from a bandana & gingham fabric. I add a white lace to lengthen the skirt and it turns out pretty, i like it so far. I made the top from my old-too tight-lycra tshirt. I use grand revival design pattern for the skirt.

Round Neck Dress

I love to see her in this dress, it really makes me want to make more of round neck top/dress.

Now i know, if i want to stick on using my blackberry camera phone, i have to take pictures outside the house..

Round Neck Top from thatdarnkate

These are my nieces, Janice & Jesslyn. I made them those dress November last year, but i was too busy (with i'm not sure what :D) so i just gave them the dress a couple days ago. I made one for Jessica too (will post the pics later on). The pattern come from Round Neck Top by thatdarnkat. I love this pattern, you can make a top or a dress, just adjust the length of the body.

Repurposed mommy's t-shirt into skirt & dress

I'm having a productive days, manage to produce 2 skirts, 1 peasant top & 1 dress in three days, note: the peasant top & one other skirt still needs lil' bit finishing touch.

Inspired by many bloggers (i'm in blanking mode, i knew there're 3 pictures from other blogger that inspired me, but i only remember 2!! Geezz.. so i'll update my post later on about from which blog i was inspired haha, it's on my 'source of inspirations' list for sure.. hmmph).

The skirt is way too big for Jess, but the dress in a proper size for her now. I'm thinking to submit the skirt to crafterhours skirt week.
